EP 17: The truth about VAWA

Share the publication:

This blog is a transcript of the episode of our podcast “Arreglando con Alexandra” where we explore the truth about VAWA.
Together with my guest Toni Martinez from the Miracle Team, we share crucial information about how VAWA could help you regularize your immigration status.

What is VAWA?

In this episode, we discuss the Violence Against Women Act ( VAWA ). VAWA is often misunderstood to be available only to women who have suffered physical abuse. In reality, VAWA also applies to men and fathers who have suffered emotional, verbal, financial or psychological abuse. My team and I have seen many cases where men are the beneficiaries of VAWA. For example, men can be victims of financial abuse, where their wives control their income and demand more money from them while they are jealous and limit their work hours. This is one of the cases that could qualify for VAWA and allow them to regularize their immigration status.

Would you like to know if you qualify for VAWA?

VAWA for parents of children 21 years of age or older

We also discussed how VAWA can apply to parents who have experienced abuse by their children.
Although it is difficult for many parents to speak ill of their children, the emotional and psychological abuse that some parents experience may qualify for VAWA.
This immigration relief does not harm the children and helps parents regularize their status without additional legal problems for their children.
My team and I are not here to judge, we just want to help.

VAWA Benefits

One of the most important benefits of VAWA is that, upon submission of the case to Immigration, the client is fully protected against arrest, detention and deportation. In addition, beneficiaries obtain a work permit and a social security number, which opens doors to new opportunities, such as getting better jobs, buying a home or starting a business.

VAWA Success Stories

We share success stories of clients who have been able to change their lives thanks to VAWA.
One memorable example is a woman I met while working at an airport, who told me that with my help she was able to obtain federal employment thanks to her work permit and social security number.
These testimonials show how VAWA can transform lives and provide new opportunities.

VAWA Travel Permit

Another significant advantage of VAWA is permission to travel.
Many of our clients have not seen their families in many years, and obtaining this permit allows them to be reunited with their loved ones.
Each issuance of a work permit or travel permit is an emotional and meaningful moment for us and our clients.

VAWA could change your life

VAWA is not just immigration relief, it is a tool that changes lives and brings families together.
Some of my Miracle Team members have been able to help many of their own family members obtain residency through VAWA. I want the next miracle to be yours!

We are so confident in our work with VAWA that we offer a money back guarantee and if we don’t fix your papers, we give you your money back!* This reflects our dedication and confidence in our ability to help our clients regularize their immigration status through VAWA.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the truth about VAWA is that it is a powerful and effective tool to help migrants regularize their immigration status.
We are committed to providing the best possible service and support to our clients.
